Affiliate Program Terms
The rules of the Ryanwear affiliate program — how commissions, payouts and attribution work, and what we expect from partners.

These terms govern participation in the Ryanwear affiliate program (the "Program") operated for the online store at https://ryanwear.net. By applying to the Program and by using your affiliate account you accept these terms. They complement — and do not replace — our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Joining the program
- Applications are submitted at /affiliates/register and are reviewed by hand. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion and will notify you by email.
- You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information in your application, and keep your account details (including payout details) up to date.
- One account per person. Your account and your personal landing page handle are not transferable.
2. How commissions work — the 30% pool
- Every attributed order sets aside a pool of 30% of the commission base. The pool is split between a customer discount and your commission: customer discount % + your commission % = 30%.
- Coupon codes can carry a discount of 5–25% (in steps of 5), leaving you a commission of 25–5%. A plain referral link with no discount earns you the full 30%.
- The split is frozen per code and per link when you create it. You cannot change an existing code's split; create a new code or link instead.
- The commission base is the goods value of the order (product subtotal) after any bundle discount and before your code's discount, measured gross in EUR. Shipping costs and taxes are not part of the base.

3. Commission approval — the 40-day lock
- A commission is created when the referred order is paid, and starts out as pending.
- Pending commissions become approved 40 days after payment. This lock exists because customers have a 30-day refund window, plus time for returned items to arrive and be inspected.
- If the order is refunded, or a refund request is still open when the lock expires, the commission is not approved: refunded orders reverse the commission; open refund requests keep it pending until they are resolved.
4. Payouts
- You can request a payout once your approved balance reaches 50 EUR.
- Payouts are made by SEPA bank transfer (IBAN) or PayPal to the details saved in your account settings. We process payout requests manually and aim to settle them promptly.
- Amounts are in EUR. Any currency conversion, bank or PayPal fees on the receiving side, and all taxes and social charges on your commission income are your own responsibility. You act as an independent partner — nothing in the Program creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship.
5. Attribution
- Referral links set a 60-day, last-click first-party cookie in the visitor's browser (subject to the visitor's cookie consent). The most recent affiliate click wins.
- A coupon code always attributes the order to the code's owner — even when no cookie is present, and even when a cookie points at a different affiliate. Code beats cookie.
- Attribution is resolved server-side at checkout and is final once the order is placed. We cannot re-attribute orders after the fact.
6. Self-referrals
- You may use your own code or link for your own purchases: the discount applies, but no commission is earned. The same applies to orders placed with your account email.
7. Promotion rules
The Program is for sharing Ryanwear with your own audience. The following are prohibited and lead to suspension and reversal of the related commissions:
- Posting your codes or links on coupon, voucher or deal-aggregator sites (or submitting them to such sites' communities).
- Bidding on Ryanwear brand keywords (or misspellings) in search or shopping ads, or using them in ad copy or display URLs.
- Spam of any kind — unsolicited email or DMs, comment spam, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, misleading claims about our products or prices, or presenting yourself as Ryanwear rather than a partner.
- Any promotion that is unlawful in your market, including failing to disclose the affiliate relationship where disclosure is required (e.g. "ad"/"Werbung" labels).
8. Customer data and confidentiality
- Your dashboard shows referred orders only in a minimized form (for example "Anna K. · Germany"). You never receive customers' email addresses, full names or street addresses.
- You must treat even this minimized data as confidential: use it only to track your commissions, never publish it, and never attempt to identify or contact a customer from it.
9. Suspension, fraud and termination
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, and we may reverse commissions obtained through fraud or prohibited promotion (including after approval, where legally permitted).
- You may leave the Program at any time by asking us to close your account; earned, approved commissions above the payout threshold will still be paid out.
- We may change these terms or the Program parameters (splits, lock period, threshold) going forward; material changes will be announced by email or in your dashboard. Changes never apply retroactively to commissions already earned.
