These are the official rules (the "Rules") of the Ryanwear free prize draw (the "Prize Draw"). By entering, you agree to these Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Prize Draw. This is a free prize draw — no purchase is necessary.

1. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Sponsor

The Prize Draw is offered by Ryanwear (the "Sponsor"). Full company and contact details are set out in our Imprint. Questions about the Prize Draw may be sent to service@ryanwear.net.

3. Eligibility

• Open only to individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their place of residence) at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers and contractors of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
• The Prize Draw is void where prohibited or restricted by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that entering is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Limit: one entry per person and per email address. Automated, duplicate, fraudulent or manipulated entries are void.

4. Entry period and drawings

Entries are accepted on an ongoing basis. The Sponsor conducts drawings on an approximately weekly basis and awards up to two (2) prizes per week. The Sponsor may adjust or pause the schedule at its discretion.

5. How to enter

To enter, complete the entry form on our website: provide your full name and shipping address (so that a prize can be delivered to you if you win), your country and a valid email address, verify that email address with the one-time code we send you, and confirm that you agree to these Rules and to receiving Ryanwear news and offers by email. Entries that are incomplete, unverified, or that the Sponsor reasonably believes to be fraudulent will not be accepted.

By entering you consent to receive Ryanwear marketing email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email; unsubscribing does not remove an entry you have already made but will stop further marketing messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

6. Prize and approximate retail value

Each prize is one complete Ryanwear travel set — the Compression Backpack, the Packing Jacket and the Compression Neck Pillow — in the single color chosen by the winner at entry (subject to availability; the Sponsor may supply the nearest available color). The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is about US$230. Up to two (2) prizes are awarded per week.

The prize is awarded "as is," is not transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Shipping of the prize is arranged and paid by the Sponsor to an address the winner provides. Any prize details not specified in these Rules are determined by the Sponsor.

7. Odds of winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each drawing.

8. Winner selection and notification

Winners are selected by the Sponsor from among all eligible entries. Winners are notified by email at the address used to enter. To claim a prize, a winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of the notification with the information requested (including a valid shipping address and, for the jacket, a size). If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within that period, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate.

9. Winner content obligation (condition of the prize)

As a condition of receiving and keeping the prize, each winner agrees to publish at least three (3) posts about the prize on at least one of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or X (Twitter), with each post naming "ryanwear.net" in the post description/caption, within 30 days of receiving the prize. Posts must be genuine, must feature the actual product, must comply with the applicable platform's rules, and must clearly disclose that the item was received free of charge from Ryanwear (for example, "#ad" or "received free from ryanwear.net"), consistent with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) endorsement guidelines and any equivalent rules that apply to the winner.

If a winner does not meet this obligation within the stated period, the Sponsor may treat the prize as forfeited and may seek the return of the prize or its equivalent value. This is a material condition of the Prize Draw.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize the winner consents to the Sponsor's use of the winner's first name, the first initial of the surname (if provided), state/country and submitted content for advertising and promotional purposes, in any media, without further notice, compensation or permission.

11. Taxes

All federal, state, local and other taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where required, the Sponsor may report the value of a prize to the relevant tax authorities and may require a winner to complete tax forms before a prize is awarded; a U.S. winner who receives prizes valued at US$600 or more in a calendar year may be issued an IRS Form 1099.

12. General conditions and disqualification

The Sponsor may require proof of identity, age and eligibility before awarding a prize. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, enters by unauthorized means, submits false information, uses bots or multiple identities or email addresses, or otherwise violates these Rules or acts in bad faith. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Prize Draw.

13. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees and agents, from any liability, injury, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw or any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable entries or notifications, or for technical, network or other failures. Nothing in these Rules limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Modification, suspension or termination

The Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Rules, or to suspend, modify or terminate the Prize Draw, at any time where it is reasonably necessary to do so (for example, for legal, regulatory, technical or fraud-prevention reasons), without liability to entrants.

15. Platform disclaimer

The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), Meta or any other platform. By entering, you release those platforms from any liability related to the Prize Draw.

16. Privacy

The Sponsor processes the information you provide (name, shipping address, phone number if given, country, email address, and technical data such as your IP address) to operate the Prize Draw, to deliver prizes and contact winners, and — where you have consented — to send you marketing email. You may withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time. Our handling of your information, and your rights, are described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Rules, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Prize Draw, are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Entrants agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in these Rules deprives you of any mandatory consumer protection under the law of your country or state of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
